The Holden Spark was awarded the AA New Zealand Motoring Writers Guild ‘Small Car of the Year’ at a function at the Viaduct Events Centre in Auckland on Wednesday night.  This is significant independent third-party endorsement of our fantastic all-new entry model to our range and sets the standard for other new models to aspire to as we launch 24 new models by 2020.

Holden Spark small car of the year in 2016The recognition for Spark builds on the win it achieved at the NZ Company Vehicle awards, when it won Compact Business COTY.

With regards to other awards, the Fairfax Motoring team have already recognised Colorado their ‘pick-up of the year,’ with their overall winner to be announced Dec 16.  Watch this space…

With Astra in 2017 and Commodore in 2018, as well as a number of sensational other new models in and around these offerings, there’s no reason why there can’t be more Holden models in the running for honours year after year.
